At Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. If your new watch doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a seamless process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back into its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outer shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
